Garlic oil is obtained by use of Super Critical System (SCS) functioning without heating process by benefiting from pressure difference of garlic roots.
Structure of garlic contains plenty of water (% 65), carbonhydrates containing fructose (% 26-30), sulphur compounds (% 1,1-3,5), protein (% 1,5-2,1), fiber (% 1,5) and free amino acids.
Garlic also, contains much amount of saponin, phosphor, potassium, sulphur, zinc, middle amount of selenium A and C vitamins and little amount of calcium, magnesium, sodium, iron, manganese and B complex vitamins. Garlic is used for treatment of cardiovascular diseases for years.
Garlic contains many different phytochemical composites. Especially antioxidant features of garlic may be also caused by flavonoids it contains other than its sulphur composites.
Component contained in it called allicin provides garlic with antimicrobial affect, thus, it helps preventing microbial formations likely to occur on the body.
